Tale of getting tickets for thursday

Journey started at 3AM. Freakin 3 AM at the Araneta. When I got there, I asked this lady who was at the front of the line (as in unang-unang-una sa line) what time did she queue in so the next time I have an na idea what time should i queue up to be the first in the line.. WTF. Before game 1 ended yesterday (5:30 pm daw yesterday ) he asked his driver na daw to queue at the yellow ticket booth. So the driver really stayed up the whole night just to be infront of the damn line.

4 am. 5 am. 6 am. Ang haba ng pila. 7 am. The line got longer by the minute. 8 am. Then at 9 am, ticket booth was open. And boy you bet..I've never seen such long a line that if you'd stretch it, it would reach Shopwise and back to Araneta.

Anyway, 5 minutes after the opening, scalpers started to do their thing. I asked for how much do they sell the tix..here are THEIR freakin prices: Upper A php2500, Upper B, php1500, GenAd 700. 930am my friends left me, they have class daw at 10am.

And talk about security, it was really unprecedented..like 5 levels of security?!? Beats me. I swear. They got to check our IDs how many times...3 bodyguards did repeated checking of IDs and 2 staffers also did the same. Ang tight ng pag-release ng tickets. Very unprecented tlga. Even those who have their authorization letters with them still threatened to not get tickets under whatever some circumstances Ticketnet had set . Even Tita Gia wasn't almost allowed to have tickets kasi yung original owner daw ng ID isn't present. Stupid ng guard. Papilahin ba naman grade-schooler na may class in the middle of the day? They weren't thinking. Some Ticketnet's security guards and staffers are solid crap and stupid. They really don't know anything..

Anyway..really really praise God cause I got 2 upper b tickets. I just wonder if Ana and Dea would be able to have upper b tickets as well. They'd sell tix in Ateneo ata tomorrow..
