On Lorentz, Galileo, and French..

It would almost be two weeks on Sunday since I wrote my last entry prior to this. Long exams are creeping me.

Physics sucks big time!...I didnt understand half the lessons, hence 9pm last night Erica (my physics major friend) met up in Starbucks for a major tutoring session about Lorentz theory, Galileo space-time, Michelson-Morley experiments, Motion of a Charge Particle in an External Magnetic Field, whatever-topics-shit-i-swear-i-don't-understand...

Exam in French is next week..oh..I mean exams (that'd be a two days one for written and the other one, oral)

Ugh...no more fun days for me. At least now. Hey..tomorrow's weekend. I'll see what unwinding can I do before serious review on Sunday..wtf...

UP-NU and ADMU-DLSU games were hell of a BLAST!

Damn damn damn. First and foremost congratulations UP and Ateneo. We really had a good time in araneta. And I must say that my 3hrs of "queuing" and cutting classes weren't wasted. My thoughts are just disorganized right now. I'm simply overwhelmed. Haha..labo. anyway, yun nga I'm really happy bout UP winning their first game. Manny Pacquiao graced the event by the way and our president Emerlinda Roman gave him centennial jacket and cap. really really nice. Back to the game, at least now we can say that we didn't do it sweep--sweep zero. Hey, we got this first game! I'm just hoping UP would sustain this momentum.

The next game lets say was the main event. Grabeeee. La Salle had this very very good defense. Anlalaki nila Walsham, Ferdinand and Maierhoffer. Para silang great walls. But hey...ateneo really played well. Strategized well. I swear sobra. Both teams were so great the biggest score gap didn't reach two digits. It was a very very close fight. Entertaining. That's why i didn't mind getting tonsilitis for shouting as long as I can. Eric Salamat. You can rely on this guy. Kumbaga in hard times lumalabas yung talent niya. When it matters most. And Tiu, and Al-Hussaini, Kirk, Jai, Nonoy. Dami nila. Honestly I was guilty of not trusting the Ateneo team at times, especially when La Salle would widen rthe gap and would go ahead of Ateneo. But hell..never say die. Fun fun fun talaga. By the end of the game it was also the end of my voice. So I was like shouting na when I sang the Song for Mary.

Can't wait till the next game..

Haay thanks God (for UP-hosted UAAP opening and Ateneo-La Salle tickets)

that's what all i can say after i got my hand on the tickets. shit i swear you wouldn't know how it feels standing in the parking lot to araneta for two hours, cutting your classes along the way just to get these hell-i-dunno-why-i'm-so-crazy-about-these tickets. and i even gained friends from the very very long queue and equally long idle time standing.

shit kasi sa school eh. ubos agad. i called up my friend in ateneo only to find out that they sell limited number of tiks there. so i got my last recourse (which is to fall in line for two hours)..haaaaaay nako. my legs and my back were hurting. bigtime. t*ngina. haha...sabi ko nga dun sa nasa harap ko hopefully all these sacrifices wouldn't be futile. and hell there, i was really nervous kc baka if it's my turn na on the window sabihin na lng nila bigla sold out na.

Luckily, as in MAJOR luckily, nakabili ako ng tix. o diba may alamat pa yung pagbili ko ng tickets. haha.. yung lasallian girl that i was talking to told me that she has class at 11am. (9am kami nasa pila kanina) I told her i skipped my class the whole day. So kumbaga, WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO LOSE? wala na. whole day cutting na eh. haha..labo.

Damn this UAAP. sobra. haaay..enjoy nman ako this weekend. No pain no gain indeed.. I've heard UP would topple every opening ceremony program prepared in the past. As in sobrang pinaghandaan daw. So i think it'd be worth it nman. And of course the ADMU-DLSU match...hainako asa high school pa lng kami nanonood na kami nyan. How could i dare miss it? I cut my classes in school and meet with my friends (free cut sila sa Ateneo kc pag admu-dlsu match, classes are just until 12nn), samantalang ako i have to cut pa.

Anyway, Mabuhay ang mga Katipunero! (Unibersidad ng Pilipinas at Pamantasang Ateneo de Manila)
